How do I create a crypto invoice?

Open the Breet app or go to dashboard.breet.io, then tap the invoice icon on the home screen. 1. Tap "Generate Invoice" to open the invoice creation screen. Enter your business information. This is saved automatically and applied to all future invoices. You can skip this step if you prefer. 2. Fill in the invoice details: - Invoice title - Invoice description - Amount in your local currency or USD - Sender's email address (they will be notified when the invoice is created) - Invoice validity period (how long the invoice will remain open for payment) 3. Tap "Generate" to create the invoice. Once generated, share the invoice via email or any messaging platform. You can also save it as a template or duplicate it for future use. Please Note: The invoice must be paid within the validity period you set. If no payment is made before it expires, the invoice will automatically expire. Expired invoices can be reactivated. How do I update my business information on Breet?

Your business information appears on every invoice you create. You can add or update it at any time. Please Note: When creating your first invoice, you will be prompted to add your business information. You can fill it in then or skip and update it later. On web 1. Log in at dashboard.breet.io. 2. Tap "Invoice". 3. On the Invoice Management page, tap "Edit Details". 4. Fill in the required fields. 5. Tap "Save". On mobile app 1. Open the Breet app and tap "Invoice". 2. On the Invoice Management page, tap the prompt at the top that reads "Add your business details to appear on your invoice". 3. Tap "Add Now". 4. Fill in your details. 5. Tap "Save".

How does my customer pay a Breet invoice?

After creating your invoice, copy the invoice link or tap "Share" to send it to your customer. The link will open the payment page directly. Here is what your customer needs to do: 1. Tap "Continue to Pay" and select a cryptocurrency from the available options. 2. Tap "Pay Now". The exact crypto amount, wallet address, and QR code will be displayed. 3. Copy the wallet address or scan the QR code to complete the payment. A 30-minute countdown starts once the customer taps "Pay Now". The payment must be completed before the timer expires, otherwise the payment will be unsuccessful. What happens if payment is made after the 30-minute countdown? If a payment is made after the 30-minute countdown expires, the payment will not be processed automatically. Understanding crypto invoice statuses

Pending The invoice has been created and is waiting for payment. You can still edit the invoice details at this stage. Expired No payment was received during the validity period set by the creator. The payment link is no longer active. To reactivate it, open the invoice in the app and tap "Reactivate". Reactivated invoices work like new invoices and can be used to receive payment again. Failed The payer tapped "Pay Now" but did not complete the payment within 30 minutes. Failed invoices cannot be reactivated. Partially Paid The payer sent less than the required amount. You can either close the invoice and accept the partial payment, or allow the system to generate a new invoice for the remaining balance. Completed The payment has been successfully processed and the funds have been credited to your wallet. The Crypto Invoice feature is completely free to use. There are no fees attached. What is the minimum invoice amount? The minimum amount you can invoice is $5. There is no maximum limit.

What happens if my customer sends the wrong amount or wrong asset?

If a customer sends less than the required amount, the invoice status will show as "Partially Paid". You have two options: Close Invoice Accept the partial payment as final. Your wallet will be credited with the amount received and the invoice will be closed. Create New Invoice The system automatically creates a new invoice with the same details so you can collect the remaining balance from the customer. What if my customer sends an unsupported or wrong asset? If your customer sends an asset that is not supported on Breet, or sends a different asset from what the invoice requires, Breet cannot guarantee a refund. Always make sure your customer is sending the correct asset before they complete the payment.
