I forgot my password

If you've forgotten your password, don't fret. By the end of this article, you'll be right back in your account. To reset your password, do the following: 1. Go to the password reset page here: https://cozybirds.co/request-password-reset. Or click on the "Forgot your password?" link on the sign in page. 2. Enter your email address then click the "Request Reset" button. 3. Check your email inbox for the password reset email we'll send to you. 4. Press the "Reset Password" button in the email, and you'll be taken to a "Create New Password" page. 5. Enter the new password you want to use and press "Save Password". 6. Voila! You have successfully reset your password, and can now sign in to your account.

How do I change my password?

To change your password: 1. Sign in to your account. 2. From the menu, click on the "Password" link. 3. Enter your current password, then enter the new password you wish to use in the fields provided. 4. Press the "Save New Password" button. 5. Done!
