To find the workspace ID, follow these steps:

1. Go to your workspace name.

2. Click the ellipsis "..." next to the workspace name.

3. Click “Copy Workspace ID”.

## 1. How to Obtain a DataLexing API Token

Initially, you must generate an API token by following these steps:

1. click the arrow next username in the bottom left corner of the screen

2. select **Profile** from the dropdown menu.

3. Once in the Profile section, select the **API Tokens** tab.

4. Click the **Create Token** button.

   1. Enter a name for the token 

   2. select the desired workspace.

5. **Copy the Token:**

   1.  Click the ellipsis next to the workspace name 

   2.  **copy the Token** to use in the next steps.

6. In the last step: you need to keep the **Table ID** that you want to link, so you can use it in the next step.

   To get the Table ID, follow these steps:

   1. Go to your table name.

   2. Click the three dots “…” next to the table name.

   3. Click **“Copy Table ID.”**
