I have completed an offer, but I haven't received my coins. What can I do?
First, please allow up to 48 hours for offers to credit to your account. Most offers credit faster, but delays can
occur.
If you still haven't received your coins after 48 hours, you will need to contact the specific offer provider you used
directly. You can find guides on how to contact each provider below.
How do I contact an offer provider?
Adscend Media
1. On the Earn page, click the Adscend Media card.
2. Click the support icon in the lower right corner of the offer wall.
3. Click the Missing Points button on the offer in question.
RevU
1. On the Earn page, click the RevU card.
2. Click the support icon in the top right corner of the offer wall.
3. Click the Contact Support button on the offer in question.
ayeT-Studios
1. On the Earn page, click the ayeT-Studios card.
2. Open the menu in the upper left corner of the offer wall.
3. Click Reward Status.
4. Select the offer in question.
MyChips
1. On the Earn page, click the MyChips card.
2. Click the Support tab in the header of the offer wall.
3. Select the offer in question.
Lootably
1. On the Earn page, click the Lootably card.
2. Click the Support button in the upper right corner of the offer wall.
3. Select the offer in question.
Revlum

How do I contact a survey provider?
CPX Research
1. On the Earn page, click the CPX Research card.
2. Open the menu in the upper left corner of the offer wall.
