Do You Offer Same-Day Delivery? Vancouver & The Lower Mainland

Introducing Kootenay Botanicals Same-Day Delivery for clients in the Vancouver/Fraser Valley Area! A safe and fast way to receive your order. SAME DAY DELIVERY AVAILABLE 7 DAYS A WEEK 🕘 Morning Wave Orders paid and processing by 9:00 AM will be delivered between 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Orders Placed After 9:00 AM Orders paid and processing after 9:00 AM will be added to the active delivery cycle and delivered between 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM. 🕣 Evening Wave (Final Cut-Off) Orders paid and processing by 6:30 PM will be delivered the same evening - no later than 12:00 AM. If payment is completed after 6:30 PM, your order will be included in the next day’s morning wave. ​ ​**Please note, These windows are subject to change. Same Day Delivery is unavailable on holidays* To receive your order on the same day, it's important to make sure that you select "Same-Day Delivery" during the checkout process. What if I am not home when the delivery driver comes? - You will receive a call 15 – 20 minutes prior to the arrival of your package. If you do not pick up, they will bring back for another delivery attempt during the following time block. You can also ask the driver to leave it in a safe location. There will be a photo provided to show that it was dropped off at the location asked. - It is crucial you use a real phone number, as the delivery driver will not just leave your package at your front door unless instructed to do so. - Please make sure to follow the payment instructions to ensure your order gets Same-Day delivery. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer support! A third-party courier service will be delivering your order, they are not aware of what they are delivering to you, please be discreet, respectful, and avoid conversation with the delivery person. Because of COVID-19 please respect your space with the courier. What you need to know 1. You need to live within the designated Vancouver area: Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Richmond, Tsawwassen, Ladner, Delta, Surrey, Burnaby, New Westminster, Langley, Maple Ridge, Coquitlam, White Rock, Port Moody, Abbotsford and Mission. 2. Select the Same-Day shipping option during check out. 3. You need to provide your local phone number, the courier will be calling you to confirm pick up. 4. Pay for your order in full (via Email Money transfer) by the time specified above 5. Your order will arrive in the time slot above. Orders over $200 receive free Same-Day Delivery, orders under $200 will be required to pay a $10 shipping fee. please make sure to follow the instructions to ensure your order gets Same-Day delivery IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be advised that if there are any issues related to your payment -- I.e. a manual payment is sent but an order number is not included; payment is sent to the wrong email; the wrong amount is sent – this could result in your delivery being delayed. Please note that this option does not include insurance. QUICK SHIP Fee: $14.99 on orders ≤ $300 ​FREE on orders over $300 ​Method: Canada Post (XpressPost) ​Insured? No Need your order a little faster? Our Quick Ship option might be the perfect choice for you. For orders under $300, there is a flat fee of $14.99. But if your order is over $300, you can enjoy free shipping! We use Canada Post's XpressPost service for this option, which typically takes 1-3 business days for delivery. Where is my order?

Are you wondering where your order is? No problem! CANADA POST - MAIL ORDER Mail orders are shipped within 24 - 48 business hours of payment being received. You'll receive your tracking information by email after it has shipped. Once Canada Post has scanned in your package, you will start to see tracking updates. If you're looking for your Canada Post tracking link, you can find it in your order history. Just visit the My Account page, select Orders: Then you can VIEW the order and click the TRACK button: Please note, we have no further information on the whereabouts of your package other than what is currently displayed on the tracking page -- what you see, what we see, and what Canada Post sees is all the same information. Sometimes, there may be a delay in Canada Post scanning in your package, however if you have received your tracking number this means your package is on the way, and you should see tracking updates as the package reaches its next checkpoint. What Are Your Local or Same Day Delivery Options?

Kootenay Botanicals offers specialized local delivery services tailored to two primary regions: Vancouver & The Lower Mainland and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). While both services aim for efficiency, they operate on different schedules and frequency levels. Vancouver & The Lower Mainland: 7-Day Service In the Vancouver area, same-day delivery is available seven days a week, excluding holidays. This service covers an extensive range of locations, including Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, Langley, Abbotsford, and several other surrounding municipalities. To provide maximum flexibility, the Vancouver service is divided into three delivery "waves": - Morning Wave: Orders paid by 9:00 AM are delivered between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. - Afternoon Wave: Orders paid after 9:00 AM are delivered between 2:00 PM and 9:00 PM. - Evening Wave: This is the final cut-off. Orders must be paid and processing by 6:30 PM to be delivered the same evening, no later than midnight. Greater Toronto Area (GTA): Weekday Service The GTA local delivery service is currently available Monday through Friday. Unlike the West Coast service, it operates on a single daily cycle: - Order Cut-Off: To receive same-day delivery, orders must be placed and fully paid for by 12:00 PM (Noon). - Delivery Window: Packages are delivered between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. - Rolling Cycle: The GTA service follows a rolling 24-hour cycle. Orders placed after the noon cut-off, or anytime after 12:00 PM on Friday, will be moved to the next available delivery window, which would be the following Monday for weekend orders. Essential Requirements for All Local Deliveries To ensure a successful delivery, customers must adhere to several logistical protocols: - Payment Precision: All orders must be paid in full via Email Money Transfer. It is critical to follow payment instructions exactly; issues such as missing order numbers or incorrect amounts will cause delays. - Communication: Providing a real local phone number is mandatory. For Vancouver deliveries, the courier will call 15–20 minutes prior to arrival. Drivers are instructed not to leave packages at the door unless the customer has explicitly requested they be left in a designated "safe location". - Courier Etiquette: Deliveries are handled by a third-party courier service. Customers are asked to be discreet and respectful, as the drivers are unaware of the contents of the packages. By completing checkout before the designated cut-off times and ensuring all payment details are correct, customers can ensure their orders are processed for the earliest possible delivery window
