No Our standard shipping option is perfect for those who are not in a rush to receive their order. For orders under $200, there is a flat fee of $10. However, if your order is over $200, you can enjoy free shipping! We use Canada Post's Expedited service for this option, which typically takes 2-7 business days for delivery. Please note that this option does not include insurance. QUICK SHIP Fee: $14.99 on orders ≤ $300 ​FREE on orders over $300 ​Method: Canada Post (XpressPost) ​Insured? No Need your order a little faster? Our Quick Ship option might be the perfect choice for you. For orders under $300, there is a flat fee of $14.99. But if your order is over $300, you can enjoy free shipping! We use Canada Post's XpressPost service for this option, which typically takes 1-3 business days for delivery. Please note that this option does not include insurance. ✅ INSURED SHIPPING Fee: $19.99 flat rate ​Method: Canada Post (XpressPost) ​Insured? Yes For those who want extra peace of mind, our Insured Shipping option is the way to go. For a flat rate of $19.99, your order will be insured during transit. We use Canada Post's XpressPost service for this option, which typically takes 1-3 business days for delivery. This option is perfect for high-value orders or those who want added protection for their package.

Where is my order?

Are you wondering where your order is? No problem! CANADA POST - MAIL ORDER Mail orders are shipped within 24 - 48 business hours of payment being received. You'll receive your tracking information by email after it has shipped. Once Canada Post has scanned in your package, you will start to see tracking updates. If you're looking for your Canada Post tracking link, you can find it in your order history. Just visit the My Account page, select Orders: Then you can VIEW the order and click the TRACK button: Please note, we have no further information on the whereabouts of your package other than what is currently displayed on the tracking page -- what you see, what we see, and what Canada Post sees is all the same information. Sometimes, there may be a delay in Canada Post scanning in your package, however if you have received your tracking number this means your package is on the way, and you should see tracking updates as the package reaches its next checkpoint. SAME DAY OR NEXT DAY DELIVERY If you ordered via same day delivery, please refer to the delivery schedules below: Next Day Delivery -- Etobicoke, Mississauga & Toronto Area Same Day Delivery -- Hamilton & Burlington Area Same Day Delivery -- Vancouver & The Lower Mainland ​Please note: If your order is placed and paid for after the final cut-off for the day, it will be delivered in the first delivery wave the following day. If you would prefer a later delivery, please reach out when you place your order. Live tracking is not currently available for our Same Day and Next Day Delivery service, however you will receive a text/call to notify you of the pending delivery.
