Navigate Montopia’s online portal through the following pages: - Classrooms Page: Your main workspace for managing lessons, students, progress, and reports—organized into four tabs for full classroom oversight. - Presentation Tab: Customize and manage the lessons in your classroom. Add new presentations, edit details, archive or restore lessons, and organize your view using filters and the grid settings. - Children Tab: View and manage student information. Add new children, edit existing details, and archive students who graduate—all with customizable display options. - Learning Summary Tab: Track lesson progress across the classroom. See which lessons have been shared, opened, completed, or taught privately—and manually check off lessons as needed. - Report Card Tab: Generate report cards that reflect each student’s progress, including both shared and privately checked-off lessons. - Teacher Page: View key details about each teacher, including their profile, assigned room, and classroom information. - Lessons Page: Browse and manage lessons, including activities, objectives, and classroom materials. - Children Tab: View and manage student information. Add new children, edit existing details, and archive students who graduate—all with customizable display options. - Report Card Tab: Generate report cards that reflect each student’s progress, including both shared and privately checked-off lessons. - Resource Page: - Video Tab: Explore Montopia’s “Montessori Explained” videos. - Email Tab: Manage and send emails to families with ready-made videos that clearly explain Montessori concepts and practices. - Photos Page: Browse and easily download all lesson photos shared through the app. - Billing Page: A quick overview of your billing details, including invoices, payment methods, and subscription information.

Completing Report Cards

Generate our innovative, comprehensive report card for each student—automatically populated with all lessons that have been completed, whether privately checked off or shared with parents. This tool simplifies documentation and gives families a clear view of their child’s progress. Navigation: Classrooms > Report Card Step 1: Administrator sets up report cards. Step 2: Teachers complete report cards. 1. Navigate to the Report Card tab on the Classrooms page. 2. Edit each student’s report card. 3. Toggle to show or hide teacher training and years of experience. 1. Select 3 lessons that the child has recently enjoyed working on 2. Adjust weekly hours of extracurricular activities 3. Indicate individual learning progress of key skills 4. Add comments for the child 5. Toggle to include list of lessons presented to the child 4. Preview report card and submit for admin approval 5. Once all report cards are submitted, admins will be notified to review. Step 3: Administrator reviews and approves. Step 4: Finalize for export or print. 1. Teachers can export all classroom report cards by clicking the print icon OR Admins can export all school-wide report cards by clicking the print icon. 2.
