What it produces
Instant Payslip generates a PDF payslip that is compliant with UK payslip legislation. The payslip shows gross pay, Income Tax deducted, National Insurance contributions (employee and employer), net pay, and any other deductions or additions you specify.
The payslip is generated on the basis of the information you enter. Instant Payslip does not submit RTI data to HMRC and does not file anything with HMRC on your behalf. It is a document generation tool only.
When to use it
Instant Payslip is suitable for one-off or occasional use cases, such as issuing a single payslip for a casual worker or generating a replacement for a lost payslip. For ongoing payroll with RTI submissions, auto-enrolment, and HMRC compliance, use the Moonworkers payroll software instead.
