Contacting a Recruiter

To contact a recruiter, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Myn Account here

  2. Go to your Applications list and select the vacancy you would like to discuss.

  3. Click on the 'Chat' button in the top right.

  4. Click on the 'Start a Chat' button.

  5. Add a name to this chat and hit the ‘Create Conversation’ button.

  6. Write your message. You can use your cover letter to grab the recruiter's attention or you can ask questions about the role and request that they contact you.

  7. The recruiter or hiring manager will receive an email as well as an in-app notification that you have contacted them.

  8. You will also receive an email notification with their response as well as a prompt on your Portal profile that you have a reply from them.

Please note that Myn does not have specific information on a role, so it is recommended that you reach out to the recruiter directly for any updates or information you may need.
