Inviting your candidates to join a Talent Pool

Types of Talent Pool Invitations

When inviting candidates to join your talent pool, there are two types of invitations you can send:

1. Internal Invitations:

   • Sent to candidates who already have a Myn account.

   • To send:

     1. Navigate to the talent pool you wish to invite them to.

     2. Click on the Invites tab at the top of the page.

     3. Select Create Invite.

     4. Use the search bar to enter the candidate’s name or email associated with their Myn account.

2. External Invitations:

   • Sent to candidates without a Myn account, prompting them to sign up.

   • To send:

     1. Navigate to the same Invites tab.

     2. Select Create External Invite.

     3. Enter the candidate’s first name, last name, email address, and a personalized message to display in the invitation email.

These simple steps make it easy to bring the right talent into your pool, whether they’re already on Myn or new to the platform.
