At Prep Sportswear, all products are custom-made to order, including printing, embroidery, and sewn designs. Because of this, we have a specific return and replacement policy in place to best serve our customers.
Replacements for Damaged or Defective Items
We allow replacements if one of the following criteria is met:

Your item has a manufacturer's defect or damage.

Your item was damaged during shipping.

A photo of the product received.
To request a replacement, contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order.
Important Notes
• Please do not ship any items back to our corporate or warehouse locations, as we do not provide return shipping labels.
