Return Policy

At Prep Sportswear, all products are custom-made to order, including printing, embroidery, and sewn designs. Because of this, we have a specific return and replacement policy in place to best serve our customers.

Replacements for Damaged or Defective Items

We allow replacements if one of the following criteria is met:

  1. Your item has a manufacturer's defect or damage.

  2. Your item was damaged during shipping.

To request a replacement, please provide a photo of the item(s) in question and contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order.

Important Notes

•    Please do not ship any items back to our corporate or warehouse locations, as we do not provide return shipping labels.
