When Will My Order Ship?
Currently, our estimated completion time frame for most orders is 3 business days before shipping. Embroidered items may take longer than this timeframe to be ready for shipment due to their production process. You will be notified once your order has left our facility with an email that will include a tracking link. We do not provide any other updates before shipping out your order. Once completed, your order will ship via U.S. Postal Service from our facility in Louisville, Kentucky, which has an average of 2-3 business days to deliver. International orders may typically take longer than our domestic delivery timeframe. Each Prep Sportswear product is **produced ** on demand. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. Within the first 2 hours of placing your order, please confirm your address, color, design, personalization (if ordered), size, and quantity to ensure your order is done correctly. Please get in touch with us immediately (within 2 hours) if there are any changes needed to your order, or refer to your email if you need to cancel your order. How Can You Contact Prep Sportswear?
Currently, we are only offering two methods of being contacted, and they are the following: Live Chat: We are now offering live chat Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST Leave a Message: If you are not available to contact us during our live chat hours, you can always leave us a message by clicking on the messaging icon, and we will respond to you during our business hours. It will then ask you to fill out a few needed pieces of information that will help us locate your order. Phone Number: We do not have a call-in customer service line at this time. If you happen to locate a website or platform that has a phone number listed for our company, it will either belong to another company or no longer be in service. The only method of communicating at this time is the above three methods. Facebook or other social media sites: We do not currently own, monitor, or operate any pages on Facebook, Instagram, or any social media platforms. How Can I Check The Status Of My Order?
There are a few ways to track your order: - Click this Track Order link - In your confirmation email, you will see an orange icon that will state "Track My Order". - You can go to the Prep Sportswear website and look for the HELP tab on the top right of the website. Click on it and you will see a drop-down menu. From there, select Track Order. - You can also go to the Prep Sportswear website and scroll down to the bottom of the page, and you will see HELP in bold, and below will be another link to the Track Order page. Funds are digitally distributed quarterly, with no checks to receive and process reducing volunteer hours and bookkeeping. You can immediately start funding team uniforms, equipment costs, and travel expenses. START BUILDING NOW What percentage of sales go back to team store owners and when are the payments received**?** Team store owners receive a 15% commission on all sales purchased through their unique team store. Commissions are directly deposited on a monthly basis. How do I connect to Stripe? There are two ways to connect to Stripe, 1. is through the activation email you received 2. Is through the admin link at the top of your apparel store. After you click the “Start Fundraising link” scroll down below the custom upload tool until you see a blue button labeled “CONNECT TO STRIPE Do we need an “owner of a business” to set up the account? Yes, you will need a responsible party that is able to upload a W-9 Tax form and route applicable banking account information. This person doesn’t need to be an official “business owner” but they will be required to handle payment transactions for the team/school. If this is not you there is an option to defer payment and W-9 form setup to another person. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact our customer support team.
Will I Get An Order Confirmation?
Yes! After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email that will provide your order number, price, item description(s), size(s), and quantity. It will also display any additional personalization if it was ordered. Items will be produced exactly as shown in the order confirmation email and Track Order page on the site. If you accidentally ordered the wrong item, size or quantity, you have 2 hours to cancel your order before we start to custom-produce it. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder. We will send a separate shipping confirmation email once the order ships from our facility.
How Will My Order Ship?
All orders ship via United States Postal Service.
Do Products Run "True To Size"?
Sizes vary from brand to brand, product to product. A large in one brand may be equal to an XL in another brand. Each item includes its own size chart. You can find the size chart located near the drop-down where you select the size you would like. We recommend taking a like-garment you currently wear and obtaining its measurements as a helpful comparison.
Can I Create My Own Store?
Yes! In just 6 easy steps, you can create and build your own team store that is open all year round. Once you have completed the 6 steps, you will receive an email confirming the setup of your store in which you will be provided a shareable URL link to your team store. Once your store has been set up to your liking, you and your customers can begin the process of purchasing your team's personal merchandise! Fundraising: Built with coaches, parents, boosters, and volunteers in mind, our platform makes it easy for anyone to instantly build a free team fundraising store. We manage all aspects of the team store experience, including store construction, team logos, fundraising, order management, manufacturing, and ship all orders directly to your players and fans. Once you have built your team store go to your "team store edit page" and you will see at the bottom of the page a fundraising section for you to begin that process. When completed, you will begin to receive 15% of all your team store sales each month. There are no minimum orders or contracts required, just set up the store and we will handle the rest! A: Yes any team store can be deleted but you’ll need to pass it along to us to disable it. Q: Can I remove some of the generic logos? A: Unfortunately we do not remove generic logos from a team store. Q: Can I upload my own custom logo? A: Unfortunately we are unable to produce custom logos at this time. Q: Can I track daily traffic and orders from my team store? A: Currently we do not have a dashboard available that allows team store owners to track clicks or daily orders. Hopefully, this functionality will be available in the future. Q: My school isn't on your site, can I set up a team store for my school? A: If you are a school administrator looking to promote spirit wear for your school on our site, we would actually recommend you joining our Affiliates Program partnered with Awin. The benefit of joining Awin is that schools can see clicks through their custom link, daily orders, and provides a dashboard for easy viewing.
