What Are Property Tokens
Buying property tokens on SecondaryDAO gives you fractional ownership in real estate β similar to owning stock in a company.
Example:

Property Value: $500,000
-
Total Tokens: 10,000
-
Token Price: $50
-
Buying 100 tokens ($5,000) = 1% ownership

-
Ownership proportional to tokens held
-
Monthly rental income
-
Appreciation if property value increases
-
Trading rights after IPS
