What Do I Do If I'm Being Harassed?

Please contact your local law enforcement office to file a report if you believe someone is harassing you. Law enforcement can then fill out the form at www.SpoofCard.com/legal so that our Legal Department can do its best to assist. We are also able to blacklist numbers from our services to prevent these situations from continuing to happen.

Is SpoofCard Legal?

Yes, SpoofCard is 100% legal in the United States.  If you are in a country outside of the United States, it is your responsibility to determine whether the use of Spoofcard and other capabilities of SpoofCard are legal in the country where you are calling to or from.  Click here to view more information on our Terms of Service.

How Safe Is My Data?

We encrypt your information using Transport Layer Security (TLS), the same technology that banks use to protect data. In addition, we keep your financial, personal, and call records confidential. However, if there is any illegal activity and we are served with a subpoena, we will cooperate with the court or law enforcement agency. You can review the Privacy Policy for more information.
