Scammers impersonating "Sweat support" are common on Telegram and other social platforms. The rules that protect you:
- Sweat support will never message you first on Telegram, X, Discord, or any social platform.
- We will never ask for your seed phrase, private keys, backup email link, or login codes. Anyone who does is a scammer — no exceptions.
- We will never ask you to send funds to a "verification", "unlock", or "synchronization" address.
- There is no "wallet recovery service" that can restore a lost wallet for a fee — Sweat Wallet is non-custodial and nobody can do this. Recovery-for-payment offers are always scams.
- Since the announcement of 1 October 2026 (Sweat Wallet and SWEAT as they exist today end on 30 December 2026), anyone offering to "recover" your $SWEAT, to "migrate" your account, or asking for your key is not us. Everything you need to do is at update.swe.at, and nowhere else.
Official Sweat channels
Our only official websites are swe.at, sweateconomy.com and whitepaper.swe.at; our support address is support@swe.at. The official communities are on X (Twitter), Discord, Reddit, and Telegram — always reach them via the links inside the Sweat Wallet / Sweatcoin apps or the official website, not via search or DMs. Support happens in-app (chat with support / MIA) or at support@swe.at, never through private messages on social media.
Found an impersonator?
Report the account through the platform's own report function, and tell us in-app support with the account handle and a screenshot — the team escalates takedowns. If you already shared your seed phrase or backup link with a scammer: treat the wallet as compromised and immediately move your funds to a new wallet.
