How do Grow Jars work?

Important (1 October 2026): Sweat Wallet and SWEAT as they exist today end on 30 December 2026. Jars keep working and earning until then, and since 12 October 2026 there is no minimum term — you can withdraw principal and yield at any time. Everything you need to do, with screenshots, is at update.swe.at. Grow Jars let you put $SWEAT in a jar to earn yield rewards. Since 12 October 2026 there is no minimum term: you can empty any jar at any time. Creating a Jar: - Open the "Grow" section. - Select the Step Jar (the only jar offered for new jars). - Choose the deposit amount. - Confirm the transaction and start earning rewards. Jar types: - Regular Jars — fixed APY that depends on the duration chosen when the jar was opened. New Regular Jars can no longer be opened since 7 October 2026; existing ones keep their rate. - Step Jars — flexible APY based on your previous day's verified steps. Free tier: up to 10% APY (step ceiling around 10,000/day). SWEAT MAX subscribers: up to 20% APY (ceiling around 20,000/day). Any user can raise Step Jar yield further with Jar Boosters. (Premium Jars — higher-APY fixed jars tied to Sweatcoin Premium — are a past product and are no longer offered.) Good to know: - The minimum amount to lock is 1 SWEAT, and only NEAR-chain $SWEAT can be staked. - Each jar action (stake, claim, unstake) charges a small gas fee in NEAR-chain $SWEAT on top of the staked amount — the exact fee is shown before you confirm. Keep a little $SWEAT liquid for fees. - You can claim your earned interest at any time. Since 12 October 2026 you can also empty any jar at any time, with no penalty — only the usual small gas fee. Emptying a Jar: Open Grow and tap Empty All on your jar list (or Empty Jars on the Top Ups screen). On the Empty Jars screen, tick the jar types you want to empty and confirm. Every jar of a ticked type is emptied in full: the principal and all the yield earned so far arrive together in your Available balance. There is no partial withdrawal from a jar. Instead of emptying, you can tap Regrow to move the $SWEAT into a Step Jar. Since 12 October 2026 every jar shows as completed in the app, and the dates shown on a jar can look shifted back by one full term. Claiming $SWEAT

Important (1 October 2026): Sweat Wallet and SWEAT as they exist today end on 30 December 2026. The app works until then and you keep earning — claim all your earned $SWEAT into your wallet before that date. Everything you need to do, with screenshots, is at update.swe.at. What is the Claim feature? Claim is a feature that allows you to Claim the $SWEAT you earned from walking by clicking the "claim" button within the Sweat Wallet app. The goal at Sweat Economy has always been to keep the community moving, and part of that goal involves taking ownership over the $SWEAT you earned. If I don’t Claim within 30 days, what happens? Based on a community vote in April 2024, walked-for $SWEAT that hasn’t been claimed for 30 days will start to be evaporated, or burned, in the order that it was minted. To avoid this, just log into your Wallet regularly and start claiming your $SWEAT. Regarding your existing $SWEAT balance, don’t worry, this is already “claimed” and won’t be evaporated even if you don't claim on your new earnings. Evaporation will only occur on new earnings which are unclaimed. What is evaporation? Evaporation, or burning, is what happens to $SWEAT that hasn’t been claimed in more than 30 days. Do I need $NEAR to Claim my $SWEAT? No — you do not need $NEAR. In Sweat Wallet, gas fees are paid in $SWEAT (it works as a universal gas token). Claiming charges a small gas fee in $SWEAT, and you can watch a short rewarded ad to get a 100% discount on that fee. You can think of it like a processing fee — it's the cost of making blockchain transactions — but it never requires holding a separate gas token. Where is my earned $SWEAT before I claim it, and why isn't it in my balance? $SWEAT you earn (from walking, Spin the Wheel, Daily Flip, contests) is held in a secure account until you press Claim — it is not part of your Total balance yet. Your Total balance consists of Available (liquid) plus Staked (locked in Grow Jars) $SWEAT. Two things follow: rewards must be claimed before they can be transferred, and $SWEAT in Jars can't be spent until you empty the Jar (possible at any time since 12 October 2026). The 30-day evaporation rule above is defined for walked-for (minted) $SWEAT — to be safe, claim all your earnings promptly rather than letting any of them sit unclaimed. My $SWEAT was burned and I had no idea! Starting April 13, 2024, we sent out multiple emails, pushes, in-app warnings, and recurring notifications to alert you before and during your $SWEAT evaporation process. What is the Transfer feature?

Transfer is a way for you to send crypto from your Sweat Wallet to another wallet or receive crypto in your Sweat Wallet from another wallet. How to send crypto:** ** From the home tab in Sweat Wallet, click on Transfer Click on Send Select the crypto you want to send Select the chain you want to send on (NEAR, Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, or Binance Smart Chain) Enter a wallet address and double check that it’s correct before sending. Make sure the address matches the selected chain — sending to an address on the wrong chain may result in lost tokens Click Search Select the token Click Search If the address is found, a green check mark will appear Click Continue Select the amount of crypto you want to send Click Preview to confirm the information is correct Slide to confirm and transfer How to receive crypto From the main screen in Sweat Wallet, tap Receive Copy your Sweat Wallet username or click Share to share it with a friend Or copy your Sweat Wallet address to share it manually What kind of wallets can I send to? You can send tokens to addresses on all supported chains: NEAR, Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, and Binance Smart Chain. Always make sure the address matches the chain you've selected. What kind of crypto can I send and receive? We’re constantly updating our features, but right now, you can send and receive the following crypto assets in Sweat Wallet: $SWEAT $NEAR $WOO $USDC $AURORa $USDT $REF $ETH $WBTC $NEAT ...and many more! How long does it take to send or receive crypto? Under normal conditions, it should only take a few seconds, but due to the dynamic nature of crypto protocols, it can take longer. My transfer didn’t go through! Help! If the wallet address was valid, the crypto should get to the destination wallet. Due to load on the chain, it may take longer than a few seconds. We suggest you check back in a few minutes. If after 12 hours, your crypto hasn’t reached the destination, please reach out to the support team for help.

Jar Unlocks

Everything you need to do, with screenshots, is at update.swe.at. - Do I have to wait for my Jar to unlock? - No. Since 12 October 2026 there is no minimum term: every Jar can be emptied at any time, and the app shows every Jar as completed. The dates shown on a jar can look shifted back by one full term. That is display only — nothing is lost, and a jar keeps earning until you empty it or its original term ends. - What can I do with a Jar? - You can empty it — open Grow and tap Empty All on your jar list (or Empty Jars on the Top Ups screen). On the Empty Jars screen, tick the jar types you want to empty and confirm. Every jar of a ticked type is emptied in full: the principal and all the yield earned so far arrive together in your Available balance. There is no partial withdrawal from a jar. Or you can tap Regrow to move the $SWEAT into a Step Jar; the yield already earned stays in the old jar to claim. - How long does a Jar keep earning? - Until you empty it or until its original term ends. A Jar past its original end date earns nothing more, so empty it or Regrow it into a Step Jar. - Does emptying a Jar affect my Reward opt-ins? - It can. A prize-draw entry stays active only while your staked $SWEAT stays at or above that draw's Needed in Jars amount. If emptying takes you below it, the entry is cancelled. Sending $SWEAT to an exchange

Sending $SWEAT to a crypto exchange is one way users cash out. Getting the network right is the critical part — a wrong-network send can be unrecoverable. Step by step 1. On the exchange, open the deposit page for SWEAT and check which network that page actually offers for SWEAT. Do not assume a network — support for tokens and networks varies by exchange and changes over time. 2. Copy the deposit address the exchange shows for that network — and the memo/tag too, if the exchange requires one. 3. In Sweat Wallet, use Send, paste the address, and make sure the chain you're sending on matches the deposit network exactly. 4. Start with a small test amount if you're unsure. If the exchange offers no SWEAT deposit you can use Then don't send $SWEAT there. Swap it on a decentralised exchange first and move the result instead — see How do I trade or cash out my $SWEAT? Before you rely on it arriving - Confirm on the exchange's own listing or deposit page that it accepts SWEAT deposits on the network you are sending from. - You can verify the transaction on a block explorer (e.g. nearblocks.io for NEAR) using your transaction hash from the in-app history. If it hasn't arrived Exchange crediting can lag the blockchain by a while. If the explorer shows the transaction as Successful to the correct address, the funds left your wallet correctly — from there, crediting is on the exchange's side, so contact the exchange's support with your transaction hash. If the explorer does NOT show it, or the address/network was wrong, contact Sweat support with the hash and details.

What is SWEAT MAX?

Important (1 October 2026): Sweat Wallet and SWEAT as they exist today end on 30 December 2026. Your SWEAT MAX subscription runs without changes until then; if your paid period runs past 30 December 2026 you can request a refund for the unused period through the App Store or Google Play (see Refunds after 30 December 2026 below). Everything you need to do is at update.swe.at. SWEAT MAX is the premium subscription inside Sweat Wallet. It is live and available in all countries. Important: SWEAT MAX (in Sweat Wallet) and Sweatcoin Premium (in the Sweatcoin app) are separate subscriptions with different benefits — they are not interchangeable. What you get with SWEAT MAX - Earn 2× from steps — steps from 0 to 20,000 per day convert to $SWEAT (no 3,000-step warm-up), roughly doubling the free tier's earnings. - Earn 2× from rewards — up to 3,000+ extra $SWEAT per month from rewards activity. - Higher Step Jar yield — up to 20% APY (vs up to 10% on the free tier), plus boosters. - Free transactions on NEAR — 0 fees, automatically (free-tier users can get a fee-free transaction by watching an ad; MAX skips the ad). This covers transactions on the NEAR network only — fees on other chains are charged normally. - No ads — skip up to ~2.9 hours of ads per month; spins and flips play without the usual ad (same number of plays). That is what usually explains benefits missing after a reinstall or on a second device. - Sign in with the same store account that bought MAX — the same Apple ID on iOS, the same Google account on Android — then open Sweat Wallet again so it can restore the subscription from the store. - Confirm the subscription is active in the store: on iOS, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. - If the store shows MAX as active and the app still does not apply it, contact support with your store receipt or transaction ID, so the purchase can be matched to your wallet. How to cancel Subscriptions are managed by the app store, not by Sweat: on iOS, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Sweat cannot cancel an Apple/Google subscription on your behalf. Cancelling shows no confirmation inside Sweat Wallet — the only place to check that a cancellation worked is the store's own subscription page, on the same screens above. Refunds after 30 December 2026 Your subscription runs without changes until 30 December 2026. If your paid period runs past that date, request a refund for the unused period through the store's standard process: on iOS at reportaproblem.apple.com, on Android through the Google Play refund request. My matured Grow Jar only shows Regrow — how do I empty it?

Since 12 October 2026 every jar counts as completed. There is no minimum term any more, so all your jars show as completed and can be emptied at any time. There is no Empty button on the jar itself. That is why a completed jar looks like it only offers Regrow. Emptying is done from one of two places: - Grow tab → your jar list → the Completed Jars row → Empty All. - Top Ups screen → the completed-jars card → the small Empty Jars button underneath the large Regrow button. Both open the Empty Jars screen. Tick the jar types you want to empty and confirm. Every jar of a ticked type is emptied in full — the principal plus all the yield earned so far — into your Available balance, and the emptied jars disappear from your jar list. There is no partial withdrawal from a jar. The confirmation step charges a network fee Emptying is a blockchain transaction, so it costs a fee in $SWEAT — usually around 7–10 $SWEAT, and more when you empty several jars at once. Two things to know about it: - The fee is paid from your liquid $SWEAT, not from the amount inside the jar. - A free-transaction benefit covers it when you have one — SWEAT MAX includes free NEAR transactions, and promotions sometimes give them out. If you see "Top up to pay gas fee" instead of the swipe That is what appears when your liquid balance is smaller than the fee. Top up a small amount of $SWEAT, or use a free transaction if you have one, then open the screen again and retry. If every button says "Cancel" and a "Pending transaction" banner never clears Then an earlier transaction is stuck and is blocking new ones on your account — Empty and Regrow are both unavailable while it sits there. Retrying does not clear it. Contact support so the team can release it, and include your username and roughly when it started. Before you tap Regrow Regrow does not just refill the one jar you were looking at. It pre-selects your whole completed balance — since 12 October 2026 that means every jar — and moves it into a Step Jar. The yield already earned stays in the old jars to claim. You can empty the Step Jar again at any time, but check the amount before you swipe. Note that Sweat Wallet and SWEAT as they exist today end on 30 December 2026; see update.swe.at before locking $SWEAT again. If Empty still fails after all of this, contact support with your username, which of the two Empty entry points you used, and the exact text of any message you saw.
