## Process Overview
Ternkey supports a standardized end-to-end workflow:

### 1) Intake
- Start the intake process from any device using an easy-to-use standardized web form.
- Ensures required information is captured and necessary steps are completed.

### 2) Processing
Complete follow-up processing steps, including:
- Property validation
- Medical assessments
- Risk assessments
- Consents

### 3) Observation
- Use a mobile device observation log to perform regular check-ins.
- Observations are associated with the individual’s in-custody record.

### 4) Disposition
Record the outcome of custody, such as:
- Release
- Remand
- Transfer
- Coordination of bail proceedings

## Pricing Model (Annual Subscription)
Ternkey uses an annual (12-month) subscription license model based on the number of jail cells in your agency.
