A new Initial Disclosure record is entered for each Request to Crown Council (RTCC).

To enter a new record click the *Create McNeil* button.

Manual data entry is limited to 4 fields, all other fields are defaulted (but can be changed if required)

1. General Occurrence # (from the RMS)

2. Accused Name (If there is more than one accused, enter the primary accused name and "et al"

3. Accused Date of Birth

4. Search Assign Staff Member

To search the list Members, simply start typing their name or PIN. Click the Add button to associate them to this record.
