Cash withdrawal precautions
TopPay conducts 5-10 rounds of sales every day. Members can check their quotas and recharge every 1-2 hours. Do not let the quotas be too low. If the quotas are too low, the UPI will be disabled for 24 hours, which will affect your sales speed
TopPay currently supports 6 types of UPI for cash withdrawals, namely: Aritel, Freecharge, Indus, MobiKwik, JIO, Phonepe.
Each UPI will enter a short blockade when more than 15 transactions are successfully completed on the same day. This is to protect the members' UPI from being frozen. If you want to achieve a good transaction speed, it is recommended to add more than one UPI of each type
We do not recommend that you bind the UPI for personal transactions to the work platform, which will cause your personal transaction transfers to be identified as orders by us and deduct your quota.
If you have been deducted by Toppay due to personal transfer, please contact customer service in time for processing. Under normal circumstances, we will review it within 72 hours after deducting the amount. After confirming that it is correct, we will immediately return the personal transfer to your account.
Registering a UPI specifically for work purposes will reduce such misunderstandings.
Rules for using UPI:
Do not use your personal phone number as the prefix for registering UPI, for the safety of your personal information!
Do not use the UPI bound to the platform for personal transactions!
Do not bind the same UPI to multiple platforms!
TopPay does not support deleting the UPI bound to the account, because deleting the UPI will greatly reduce the sales speed of members and lead to a high probability of being frozen and blocked
