Report a Seller or Buyer
At Trofee, we’re dedicated to maintaining a safe and trustworthy community. If you need to report a seller or buyer, please email us with evidence of the issue, such as screenshots or screen recordings, along with the reason for your report and the username of the person involved.
Report a Fake Product
We hold our sellers to the highest standards during vetting and onboarding. However, if you suspect a seller is knowingly offering fake items, report it to us immediately. Sellers found violating this policy will be permanently banned. Buyers making false reports may also face account suspension to ensure fairness and integrity.
