Reporting buyers or sellers

If you need to report a seller or buyer, please contact us at [email protected] or send a WhatsApp message to +971 50 805 5483 with evidence of the issue, such as screenshots or screen recordings, along with the reason for your report and the username of the person involved.
Report a Fake Product
We hold our sellers to the highest standards during vetting and onboarding. However, if you suspect a seller is knowingly offering fake items, report it to us immediately. Sellers found violating this policy will be permanently banned. Please note, buyers or sellers making false reports may also face account suspension to ensure fairness and integrity.
