Si votre entreprise, compte ou projet utilise Linear comme outil de gestion de projet, vous pouvez l’intégrer à Chatwoot pour gérer toutes les conversations dans votre espace de travail Linear.

Vous pouvez créer de nouveaux tickets Linear directement depuis votre fenêtre de conversation ou les relier à des tickets existants pour un suivi simplifié. # Comment connecter l’intégration Linear ?

**Étape 1.** Rendez-vous dans Paramètres → Intégrations → Linear. Cliquez sur le bouton "Configurer"

**Étape 2.** Cliquez sur le bouton Connecter. Lorsque l’avis de consentement apparaît, cliquez sur **Autoriser** pour accorder les permissions.

Une fois terminé, vous serez redirigé vers l’application Chatwoot. Voilà ! Vous pouvez maintenant utiliser Linear dans votre compte Chatwoot.

# **Fonctionnalités prises en charge**

**Créer des tickets depuis la conversation**

Pour créer un nouveau ticket, ouvrez n’importe quelle conversation et cliquez sur le bouton Linear dans l’en-tête de la conversation. Remplissez ensuite les détails du ticket, y compris le titre, la description et l’équipe.

Après avoir complété les détails, cliquez sur le bouton **Créer** pour ajouter le ticket à votre espace de travail Linear avec la conversation associée.

Le ticket sera créé dans votre espace de travail Linear avec la conversation liée.

**Lier à des tickets existants.**

Pour associer une conversation à un ticket existant, cliquez sur l’onglet **lier un ticket**, recherchez le ticket puis cliquez sur "Lier" pour le connecter au ticket Linear.
