The Learning Circle is WeTeachMe's official rewards program designed to give back to our community. By joining, you earn
Points on your bookings which can be redeemed for discounts on future classes. It's our way of saying thank you for
learning with us!
How do I earn Points?
Earning points is simple. For every $1 AUD you spend on classes, you generally earn 0.2 Points.
10 Points = $1 AUD in value.
Here are the ways you can build your balance:
Earn points for leaving a review
You also earn points for reviewing classes you've attended (this replaces the old "Lucky Review" prize draw). Points add
up based on what your review includes:
- Written review: 10 points
- Add photo(s): +10 points
- Add a video: +20 points
A review with text, photos and a video earns 40 points (10 Points = $1).
🤝 Refer-a-Friend: Give $5, Get $5
Bring a friend to the community and you both win. When someone you refer completes their first booking over $80:
- Your friend gets 50 points ($5) as a welcome bonus.
- You get 50 points ($5) as a thank-you.
Bonuses are credited once the booking is completed. Referrals are capped at 10 per month.

Note on Gift Cards: Points are not earned on the purchase of WeTeachMe Gift Cards and Gift Voucher (money-equivalent).
However, points are earned when you purchase a specific Course Voucher or redeem any Gift Card to book a class.

How do I redeem my Points?
Before booking your class: go to your account reward section to convert points to a coupon.
When you're ready to book your next class:
1. Go to checkout.
2. Apply the coupon before you place your order.
Important things to note:
- Minimum redemption: 50 Points ($5).
- Points can only be redeemed on bookings made directly via weteachme.com.
- Non-Transferability of Rewards:
All coupons and rewards generated through The Learning Circle are strictly non-transferable. They are linked solely
to the email address of the member who redeemed them and cannot be gifted, sold, transferred, or used by any other
account holder.
Frequently Asked Questions
When do my points appear?
Points initially show as "Pending". They will change to "active" (available for use) 7 days after the class is
completed. This accounts for any cancellations or changes.
Do I earn points when using a Gift Card?
Yes! While you don't earn points for buying a gift card, the person who uses the gift card to book a class will earn
points on the full value of that booking.
Do my points expire?
Yes, points expire after 24 months of inactivity. As long as you earn or redeem points at least once every 2 years, your
balance is safe. We'll notify you 30 days before any expiration.
Is there a limit on how many points I can earn?
There is no cap on earning points from your own bookings! Referrals are capped at 10 per month.
Terms & Conditions
1. The Program
- The Learning Circle is WeTeachMe's official rewards program. It is free and open to all registered users of
WeTeachMe.
- Participation is subject to these Terms and Conditions, which you accept by joining the program.
2. Earning Points
- Points are earned on the subtotal of eligible bookings (excluding taxes, booking fees, and other surcharges).
- Points are also earned for submitting an eligible review of a class you've attended, at the rates published above.
- Referral bonuses are credited to both the referrer and the referred friend when the referred friend completes their
first eligible booking of more than $80. Referral bonuses are capped at 10 per calendar month per Member.
- Points are not earned on the purchase of WeTeachMe Gift Cards or Gift Vouchers (money-equivalents). Points are
earned when you purchase a specific Course Voucher, or when you redeem a Gift Card to pay for an eligible booking.
- Points are initially marked "Pending" and become "Active" 7 days after the successful completion of the class.
Cancelled or refunded bookings do not earn Points.
- Bonus or promotional Points (e.g. sign-up bonuses, referral bonuses, multiplier events) may carry their own validity
period where stated at the time of the offer.
3. Redemption
- Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The minimum redemption is 50 Points ($5.00). Points must first be converted into a coupon in your account's rewards
section, then applied at checkout.
- Points, and any coupons generated from them, are non-transferable and non-refundable. Coupons are linked to the
Member's registered email address and can only be used by that account. The only exception is the "Gift a Class"
feature at checkout.
- Coupons carry their own expiry date, shown at the time of redemption. An expired coupon cannot be reinstated, but
Points you have not yet redeemed remain governed only by clause 4.
- Points and coupons can only be used on orders placed directly on weteachme.com.
4. Points Expiry
- Points expire after 24 months of inactivity. "Activity" means earning or redeeming at least 1 Point.
- We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any Points expire.
5. Communications
- As part of operating the program, we send Members service emails about their account: points balance and status
changes, coupon and reward notifications, expiry warnings, and changes to these terms. These messages are part of
the program and are sent to all Members.
- Marketing communications (newsletters, class recommendations, promotional offers) are separate and sent only in line
with your marketing preferences. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time without affecting your membership or
your Points.
6. Program Changes
- WeTeachMe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Learning Circle program — including earn rates,
reward values, and these terms — at any time with reasonable notice. Points already earned will be honoured per the
terms in effect when they were earned.
