Can I add narration to my withdrawals?

Yes. You can add a narration to your withdrawals in two ways: When adding a bank account: The narration you add here becomes your default narration for all withdrawals to that account. Go to Wallet > Manage Accounts > Add Account to set it up. When initiating a withdrawal: You can add or change the narration at the time of withdrawal. This is optional. How do I reset my transaction PIN?

1. Tap "Profile" at the bottom of your home screen. 2. Tap "Security Settings". 3. Tap "Reset Transaction PIN". 4. Enter your password when prompted. 5. Tap "Receive OTP". A reset code will be sent to your registered email address. Enter the code and set a new 4-digit PIN. Having trouble setting or resetting your PIN? Here are the most common reasons: 1. Repeated numbers Your PIN cannot contain repeated numbers. For example, 4186 or 7890 are valid. 1167 or 1998 are not. 2. PIN is too easy to guess Avoid simple or commonly used PINs like 1234, 0000, or 1111. Choose something less predictable. 3. PIN entries do not match When setting your PIN, you will be asked to enter it twice. Both entries must match exactly to proceed. An error message will appear on screen if any of these issues occur. How do I set up and manage MFA on my account?

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) adds a second layer of security to your account. Once enabled, you will need to verify your identity each time you log in and before completing any debit transaction — including Naira, GHS, and USD withdrawals, Buy Crypto, and bill payments. Breet supports two MFA methods: Email OTP and Authenticator App. Enable Email OTP 1. Tap "Profile" on the home screen. 2. Tap "Security Settings". 3. Tap "MFA Authentication". 4. Toggle on "Email OTP". 5. Enter the verification code sent to your registered email address. 6. Tap "Submit". Email OTP is now active on your account. Please Note: Once enabled, you will be asked for an email OTP on every login and before every debit transaction. Enable Authenticator App Before you begin, download an authenticator app on your phone such as Google Authenticator or Authy. 1. Tap "Profile" on the home screen. 2. Tap "Security Settings". 3. Tap "MFA Authentication". 4. Tap "Continue" on the MFA Authentication screen. 5. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app. Alternatively, tap "Copy" next to the Time-Based Setup Key and paste it manually into your app. 6. Tap "Continue", then enter the one-time code from your authenticator app. 7. Save your 10 recovery codes. Tap "Download" or "Copy" to save them, check "I have saved these codes in a safe place", then tap "Continue". Authenticator App MFA is now active on your account. Please Note: Each recovery code works only once. Store them somewhere safe. How do I withdraw from my NGN or GHS wallet?

You have two options when withdrawing from your NGN or GHS wallet: Send to your bank account or Send to another Breet user. Withdraw to your bank account 1. Tap "Wallet" at the bottom of your home screen. 2. Tap "Withdraw". 3. Enter the amount you want to withdraw. 4. Select "Bank Account" as the destination. 5. Select your preferred bank account from the list. 6. Review the details and confirm with your transaction PIN. Send to another Breet user To use this option, both you and the recipient must have completed your Basic KYC verification. 1. Tap "Wallet" at the bottom of your home screen. 2. Tap "Withdraw". 3. Enter the amount you want to send. 4. Select "Breet User" as the destination. 5. Enter the recipient's username or email address. 6. Review the details and confirm with your transaction PIN. You have three options when withdrawing from your USD wallet: convert to Naira or Cedis, send to another Breet user, or withdraw as USDT or USDC. Withdraw as Naira or Cedis 1. Tap the "Wallet" icon at the bottom of your screen. 2. Swipe left to access your USD wallet. 3. Tap "Withdraw". 4. Enter the USD amount you want to withdraw. 5. Select "Naira/Cedis Wallet" as the destination. 6. Review the rate and the amount you will receive. 7. Confirm with your PIN or Face ID. Please Note: The minimum withdrawal amount is $2. No fees apply. The current market rate will be applied and shown before you confirm. Send to another Breet user 1. Tap the "Wallet" icon at the bottom of your screen. 2. Swipe left to access your USD wallet. 3. Tap "Withdraw". 4. Enter the USD amount you want to send. 5. Select "Breet User" as the destination. 6. Enter the recipient's Breet username or registered email address. 7. Review the details and confirm with your PIN or Face ID. Withdraw as USDT or USDC 1. Tap the "Wallet" icon at the bottom of your screen. 2. Swipe left to access your USD wallet. 3. Tap "Withdraw", then select "Send Crypto". 4. Choose your coin: USDT or USDC. 5. Select your network: TRC20, ERC20, BSC, or SOL. 6. Enter or select your destination address. Adding a new address requires OTP verification. 7. Review the network fee and estimated receive amount. 8. Confirm the transaction. Once submitted, the transaction is sent to the blockchain and should arrive at the destination address within a few minutes. How to use recovery codes

1. On the Verification screen, tap "Use Recovery Code" at the bottom of the screen. 2. Enter one of your recovery codes in the "Recovery Code" field. 3. Tap "Continue". Your transaction will be completed automatically. Please Note: Each recovery code can only be used once. Once used, it cannot be reused. If you enter a code incorrectly, you will see an "Invalid recovery code, try another one" error. Double-check the code and try again. What happens when recovery codes run low? When you have 3 recovery codes remaining, a warning will appear on the recovery code screen. Contact support before they run out so you are not locked out. What happens when all recovery codes are used up? If all 10 recovery codes have been used, you will see a "Recovery Codes Exhausted" screen. Tap "Contact Support" and the Breet support team will help you regain access to your account.

What is automatic settlement?

Automatic Settlement automates your withdrawals so you never have to manually move funds after a transaction. When enabled, a withdrawal is placed to your linked bank account automatically after every successful transaction. How to enable Automatic Settlement 1. Tap "Profile" at the bottom of your home screen. 2. Tap "Preferences". 3. Toggle on "Automatic Settlement". 4. Select your preferred bank account and Tap "Save". 5. Enter the 6-digit OTP sent to your registered email address to confirm the change. Automatic Settlement is now active. After every successful transaction, a withdrawal will be placed automatically to your selected bank account. How to disable Automatic Settlement Follow the same steps above and toggle off "Automatic Settlement". You will be required to verify with a 6-digit OTP sent to your email before the change takes effect. Please Note: If a transaction amount is below the minimum withdrawal threshold (₦2,000 for NGN or GHS 50 for GHS), the automatic settlement will fail and the funds will remain in your wallet.What is automatic settlement?

Why haven't I received my withdrawal yet?

Withdrawals on Breet are processed automatically. Under normal circumstances, funds arrive in your bank account in less than 5 minutes. Why is my withdrawal showing as Pending? Withdrawals are processed on a first-in, first-out basis. A Pending status means your withdrawal is queued and awaiting processing. This usually takes just a few minutes. Why haven't I received my withdrawal? Once the withdrawal status shows Successful, the payment has been sent from Breet. At this point, any delay is on the bank's side and is beyond Breet's control. Here are the most common reasons for delays: - Bank network issues or downtime. - Your bank account has receiving limits. For example, most student accounts cannot receive more than ₦50,000 at once. Ensure your account is not restricted. If you do not receive your payment within 24 hours, contact support. Breet will query the transfer status and provide you with a payment receipt and transfer session ID. You can then share this with your bank to track the payment. Please Note: 99% of payments are received within minutes. In the rare case of a reversal, Breet will notify you within 24 hours. You will always receive your payment.
