We take the withdrawal process seriously, and it is important to note that all withdrawals are processed within 48 working hours, no exceptions. Please do not get in touch unless 48 working hours have elapsed since your withdrawal request (which almost never happens).
We endeavour to process all withdrawals as quickly as possible. However, in the event of unforeseen events like an upstream downtime, withdrawal processing may be delayed for hours at a time. This is no cause for worry, as eventually, all withdrawals are processed within the 48-hour window.
Also, it is important to note that the window is 48 working hours, not 48 hours. This means weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) don't count against your waiting period, as withdrawals aren't processed on weekends, only on weekdays. Thus, if you were to make a withdrawal by 7:30AM on Friday, then 48 working hours would end by 7:30AM on Tuesday, as Saturday and Sunday won't be counted
