What is the minimum and maximum withdrawal amount?

The minimum amount of coins you can withdraw is 3,000 coins. This relatively low minimum ensures you are eligible to make withdrawals as often as possible. The maximum amount of coins you can withdraw is 200,000 coins. These limits are per transaction, and you allowed to make multiple withdrawals and to withdraw all the funds in your account.

How to make a withdrawal

To make a withdrawal from your account balance: 1. Sign in to your account. 2. From the menu, go to Withdrawals > New Withdrawal. 3. Confirm that the correct withdrawal details are being displayed - withdrawals cannot be cancelled or reversed once requested. If you do not recognize the withdrawal information being displayed, please contact support to have it rectified. 4. Enter the amount of coins you wish to withdraw. The amount of USD you'll receive for your coins will be displayed directly below (if your local currency is supported, you'll be able to see the amount in your local currency). 5. Press "Withdraw".

I am being asked to activate withdrawals first. What does this mean?

When your account is created, withdrawals aren't enabled by default. This helps prevent abuse of the Cozy Birds platform services. To activate withdrawals, simply buy your first bird (any bird will do) or egg. Once you do that, the withdrawal feature will be automatically enabled for your account.

How long does it take to receive my funds after I make a withdrawal?

All withdrawals are processed within 48 working hours (weekends and public holidays not included). In the extremely rare event that this period has elapsed and you haven't received your funds, please let us know immediately so we can look into it.

When can I make a withdrawal?

Your withdrawals are governed by 3 simple rules. They are as follows: 1. For security reasons, you'll need to allow at least 7 days after sign-up to make your first withdrawal. 2. You can only make one withdrawal per week. But you can make withdrawals every week. 3. You must wait at least 7 days after your last withdrawal before making another withdrawal. That's it!

Why did my withdrawal fail?

Note: This primarily applies to withdrawals to bank accounts and other such traditional withdrawal methods. Withdrawals to crypto wallets generally do not experience transaction failures. In rare cases, our attempts to transfer your funds to you may fail due to bank errors, customer errors, or errors or even poor network connectivity. The most common cause is an issue with your bank account or bank network. If your withdrawal failed, your funds will be automatically returned to your account balance. Simply request a new withdrawal.

I think my withdrawal is taking too long. Help!

We take the withdrawal process seriously, and it is important to note that all withdrawals are processed within 48 working hours, no exceptions. Please do not get in touch unless 48 working hours have elapsed since your withdrawal request (which almost never happens). We endeavour to process all withdrawals as quickly as possible. However, in the event of unforeseen events like an upstream downtime, withdrawal processing may be delayed for hours at a time. This is no cause for worry, as eventually, all withdrawals are processed within the 48-hour window. Also, it is important to note that the window is 48 working hours, not 48 hours. This means weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) don't count against your waiting period, as withdrawals aren't processed on weekends, only on weekdays. Thus, if you were to make a withdrawal by 7:30AM on Friday, then 48 working hours would end by 7:30AM on Tuesday, as Saturday and Sunday won't be counted
