Managing tasks efficiently is key to successful project management. Crowd's Kanban board offers a straightforward way to visualize and track the progress of your projects. Here's how you can effectively add and manage tasks on your board:

Adding Tasks

To begin organizing your projects:

1. Create a New Task:

  • Click on "Add Card."

  • Enter the title of your task and click "Add Card."

  • If you decide not to add the task, simply click "Cancel.

2. Enhancing Task Details:

  • Click on the task card to open it.

  • Assign the task to a team member (ensure they are invited to your Crowd workspace).

  • Set the priority level of the task (high, medium, low) to prioritize workflow.

  • Provide a concise description of the task to provide context and clarity.

Moving and Managing Cards

Once tasks are added, efficiently manage them across different stages:

1. Moving Cards Across Lists:

  • Utilize the ellipsis icon (three dots) on the card.

  • Select the destination list where you want to move the card.

2. Archiving and Deleting Tasks:

  • To archive a task, click on the ellipsis icon and choose "Archive.

  • If needed, you can also delete a task using the same ellipsis icon.
