Learn how to control how and where your feedback widget appears on your website or application with these simple steps:
1. Access Display Rules:
- On the widget edit page, click the arrow next to the "Display Rule" option.
2. Edit Widget Position:
- To change the position of your widget on your website, click the "Position" dropdown button.
3. Select Device Visibility:
- To choose specific devices for your widget to appear on, click the "Devices" dropdown. You can select desktop, tablet, or mobile devices. To deselect a device, click on the device image.
4. Set Page Visibility:
Click the "Visibility" dropdown to select or set specific pages on your website where you want your feedback widget to appear.

All Pages: Selecting this option will make your installed widget appear on all pages or URLs of your website.

Specific Pages: To make the feedback widget appear only on certain pages, click "Specific Page" and enter the specific URL. You can add more pages by clicking the "Add Page" button or delete added pages by clicking the delete button/icon.
4. Set Display Timing:
- Choose the display time before your widget appears on the user's screen.
5. Save Configuration:
- Click the "Save" button to save your display rule configurations.
