Upload multiple photos or videos at once and work through them like a checklist. As each update is shared, the corresponding media is removed from your queue—helping you efficiently complete your classroom communications without losing track of what’s been shared.

Steps:

Select the photos or videos from the classroom that you want to share with parents.

For each item, select the child featured and add any content you’d like to include—such as a lesson presentation, Montessori Explained video, and/or a written note.

Tap the “Submit” button to send the content to parents.

Select the next photo and repeat steps 2-3 until all media has been shared. Each photo or video will automatically disappear from your queue once submitted.
