Teacher Page Organization

Navigate Montopia through the following five buttons: Home Page: The Home Page is your main space for sharing important information with families and monitoring classroom engagement. - Children : Use this page to easily manage your classroom roster by adding new students or updating existing student/parent information. Lesson Page: The Presentation Page gives you quick access to all the Montessori lessons available in the app. - Browse & Review: Easily explore the full collection of presentations that are embedded into the app, available as ready-to-share content. Everything is organized for quick review—perfect for insight on the parent view of the app’s content. - Lesson Planning: Create and organize weekly lesson plans directly in the app, with the option to view or print a plan for easy classroom use. - Track Student Development: Monitor each child’s learning progress over time. Lessons you check off (whether shared or private) contribute directly to their report card. Plus Button: Use this button to quickly add new posts, updates, or entries within the app. - Learning Tab: Use this page to post Montessori lessons and classroom updates to parents. Select content embedded into the app in order to keep families connected to the learning happening each day. - Care Tab: Use this section to log daily care activities, including: - Bottle - Food - Nap - Diaper - Toileting - Medications - Incidents - Needs Video Page: The Video Page provides access to the full library of Montessori Explained animations—short, parent-friendly videos that you can share to help families better understand key Montessori concepts. Feed Page: The feed page shows you a concise, chronological summary of what your students child did—activities completed, lessons covered, achievements, notes, and any updates shared by the teacher. - Parent Engagement Insights: View a full communication feed showing all lessons and updates shared, along with which parents have viewed each one. This gives you a clear snapshot of classroom engagement and helps you follow up as needed.
