Care Tab: Toileting

Document toileting progress by selecting the appropriate outcome to support growing independence and developmental milestones.

Navigation: Plus Page

Steps:

1. Tap the plus (+) button.

2. Swipe to the Care tab.

3. Select the Toileting icon.

4. Tap the student(s), then press Confirm.

5. Choose the appropriate option (Wet/BM, Wet, Dry, or BM).

6. Add notes, photos, or videos if desired, then tap Submit.
