Adding New Guides to a Classroom

Assign new guides to classrooms to ensure the right educators have access to manage lessons, track student progress, and communicate with families through the portal.

Navigation: Classrooms > Room Name > Edit


Steps:

  1. Tap the edit icon of the room you would like to add a guide to.

  2. Press “Add a new guide” at the bottom.

  3. Enter the guide’s information.

  4. Optional: Toggle “Send invitation” to invite the guide to Montopia.

  5. Tap “OK” to save your changes.
