Page Organization
Navigate Montopia’s online portal through the following pages:
- Classrooms Page: Oversee and manage every classroom in the school. View each classroom as teachers do, assign
educators, and monitor progress, communication, and report card submissions.
- For actions that occur at the classroom level, refer to “Montopia Onboarding: Teacher Portal Support.”
- Teachers Page: View and manage all teacher profiles at your school. Easily add, edit, or remove teachers and
customize how their information is displayed.
- Report Card Page: Review report card submissions from teachers, and export to share with parents.
- Lessons Page: Manage the school-wide curriculum. Add, edit, archive, or export lessons, and organize content by age,
material, or subject area.
- Children Page: View and edit student records across the school. Track enrollment, manage parent invites, and archive
or restore students as needed.
- Video Page: Explore Montopia’s “Montessori Explained” video series.
- Photos Page: Access all photos shared with parents through the app. Search by child, classroom, or lesson, and
download individual or multiple images.
- Billing Page: Track and manage school billing. Filter by paid/unpaid status, export records, and access payment
options directly from the dashboard.
