Completing Report Cards

Generate our innovative, comprehensive report card for each student—automatically populated with all lessons that have been completed, whether privately checked off or shared with parents. This tool simplifies documentation and gives families a clear view of their child’s progress.

Navigation: Classrooms > Report Card

Step 1: Administrator sets up report cards.

  1. Create a new reporting period

    1. Navigate to the report card page and select the “New Report Period” button
  2. Customize report card

    1. Add start/end dates

    2. Input extracurricular activities by providing the name and weekly hours

    3. Toggle which information is included

  3. Distribute to classrooms

    1. Indicate select students to distribute report card to, or leave blank to send to all students

    2. Preview the setup and select “OK” to send to classrooms!

    3. Classroom teachers will be notified that report cards are ready to edit.

Step 2: Teachers complete report cards.


Step 3: Administrator reviews and approves.

  1. Select and review completed report cards.

  2. Note: Completed report cards will show up as “Ready for Review” in the status column.

    1. Edit any details and comments
  3. Approve report cards.

  4. Once all report cards have been approved, teachers will be notified. 

Step 4: Finalize for export or print.

  1. Admins can export all school-wide report cards by clicking the print icon.

  2. Print report cards at the same time or export to single PDF

    1. Note: Report cards will be organized by classroom.
