You can remove call logs and recordings from your account using either the web platform or the mobile app. Please note: Deleted recordings are permanently removed from our systems and cannot be recovered.
Deleting from the Website

Go to the Call Logs tab.

Select the calls or recordings you want to delete by clicking the checkbox next to each entry.

Once selected, click Delete Entries.

Confirm by clicking OK when prompted.
Deleting from the Mobile App

Tap the Recordings icon.

To delete an individual recording:

Swipe left on the recording.

Tap Delete.

To delete multiple recordings:

Tap Edit (top right corner).

Tap the minus (–) icon next to the recordings you want to remove.

Tap Delete, then confirm.

Important: Once deleted, calls and recordings are permanently removed and cannot be restored.
