Why Am I Receiving This Login Error Message?

If you receive an error message reading: "Error: this application requires that you create an account", we've got an answer for you! This message occurs when the login tokens expire and need to be refreshed. This is a simple fix and can be completed by logging out of your app and logging back in. If you do not remember your account phone number or password, please visit our "How Can I Retrieve My Password?" article. If you have logged out and logged back in, but this error message is still occurring, please contact our Support Team via Live Chat or by sending us an email HERE.

How Can I Delete My Calls and/or Call Recordings From My Account?

You can remove call logs and recordings from your account using either the web platform or the mobile app. Please note: Deleted recordings are permanently removed from our systems and cannot be recovered. Deleting from the Website 1. Go to the Call Logs tab. 2. Select the calls or recordings you want to delete by clicking the checkbox next to each entry. 3. Once selected, click Delete Entries. 4. Confirm by clicking OK when prompted. Deleting from the Mobile App 1. Tap the Recordings icon. 2. To delete an individual recording: - Swipe left on the recording. - Tap Delete. 3. To delete multiple recordings: - Tap Edit (top right corner). - Tap the minus (–) icon next to the recordings you want to remove. - Tap Delete, then confirm. Important: Once deleted, calls and recordings are permanently removed and cannot be restored.

Once you receive your verification code, enter it and press Verify. Step 3: Create Your PIN After verifying your number: 1. Create a 4-digit PIN for your account. 2. Tap or click Sign Up to complete the process.

How Do I Close, Cancel, Or Delete My Account?

If you would like to close your SpoofCard account, you can do so directly from the mobile app by following the steps below: 1. Open the SpoofCard mobile app. 2. Go to Settings, then select Account 3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Deactivate Account. 4. Select a reason for deactivation when prompted. 5. On the next screen, confirm by tapping Deactivate Account again. Note: Deactivating your account will also cancel any active subscriptions or auto-replenish settings linked to the account. You can also send an email to [email protected] with your request. Once we gather the necessary information from you, we can move forward with closing your account. If you are requesting to close your account due to an issue, please send us the reason so we may try to resolve it for you. Please note that any credits remaining on the account will be forfeited upon closure.

Verifying Virtual Numbers (VOIPs) As Caller IDs

Virtual numbers, such as VOIPs (Voice Over Internet Protocol) will not work as the MAIN verified number or "log-in credential" on your account. All SpoofCard accounts must verify their accounts with a regular, carrier-provided phone number. However, you can verify virtual numbers as Caller IDs. To add a caller ID on the website or mobile app, please use the following instructions: 1. Navigate to the "Settings" tab. 2. Once here, select "Account". 3. Then Select "Add Verified Caller ID". 4. Enter the new phone number. 5. Choose "Text Me" or "Call Me" to receive your verification code. 6. Enter the code. If complete, you have successfully added a new Caller ID.

How Can I Retrieve My Password?

We understand how frustrating it can be not to have access to your account credentials. However, you can retrieve this information by using the following: 1. If you've registered a phone number and password to log in on the website, please click here to enter your phone number. We'll send you a verification code via SMS shortly. Once entered, follow the on-screen prompts to finish resetting your password. 2. Alternatively, you can use the 'Forgot your Login?' option on your app. Once selected, please provide the number linked to your account. You will receive a verification code via SMS. Once entered, follow the on-screen prompts to finish resetting your password. Please keep in mind that you'll only receive a text if the information matches an account in our system. If not, you won't receive the code. NOTE: Legacy PINs are no longer an option for login.

Can I Change The App's Display Language?

Fortunately, SpoofCard offers a Spanish version if your device language is set to Spanish. The website is also available in Spanish; click the American flag in the top right corner and select the Mexican flag. Currently, SpoofCard is available in Spanish only if your device language is set to Spanish. For other languages such as Italian and Arabic, there is no option available at this time. However, we are working on adding more language options and other accessibility features in the future, although there is no specific time frame for these updates.

Do I Need To Update My App?

Updating your SpoofCard mobile application is necessary for the best experience and for using our most recent updates. You can locate the current version you are on by navigating to the Settings page. Once here, scroll to the bottom of the listed options, and you will see the current version your app is running on (Example: Version 5.7.2). You can verify if your app is up to date by clicking on this setting. A pop-up message will indicate if you need to make an update or not. If you are on an older version of the app, please log out, delete the app, and reinstall an updated version from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You can easily update your account PIN using the mobile app or the web platform. Follow the steps below based on your device: Mobile App Users 1. Go to Settings. 2. Tap on Account. 3. Under Login Methods, tap your phone number. 4. Tap Change PIN. 5. On the next screen: - Enter your Current PIN. - Enter and confirm your New PIN. 6. Tap Submit to save your changes. Web Users 1. Open Settings and go to the Account tab. 2. Under Login Methods, locate your phone number. 3. Click Change PIN. 4. On the next screen: - Enter your Current PIN. - Enter and confirm your New PIN. 5. How to Change the Phone Number on Your Account

Receiving a new phone number doesn’t mean you have to create a new account! Log In Go to www.spoofcard.com/login and sign in using your current phone number and password you created. Please note that Legacy Pins are no longer available if you previously logged in with one. 2. Access Settings Once logged in, navigate to the Settings section of your account. 3. Change Your Phone Number Under the Login Methods section, click on the option to Change Number. 4. Enter New Number Enter your new phone number and follow the on-screen prompts to verify it. 5. Confirm After entering the necessary information, confirm the addition of your new number to your account. Update Your Phone Number via the Mobile App: 1. Log In Open the SpoofCard app and log in with the phone number currently associated with your account. 2. Go to Settings Tap on Settings, then select Account. 3. Change Number Under Login Methods, tap the phone number listed and select Change Number. 4. Verify Your New Number Follow the on-screen prompts to verify your new phone number. That’s it!
