How Can I Change My Login PIN?

You can easily update your account PIN using the mobile app or the web platform. Follow the steps below based on your device:

Mobile App Users

1. Go to Settings.

2. Tap on Account.

3. Under Login Methods, tap your phone number.

4. Tap Change PIN.

5. On the next screen:

   • Enter your Current PIN.

   • Enter and confirm your New PIN.

6. Tap Submit to save your changes.

Web Users

1. Open Settings and go to the Account tab.

2. Under Login Methods, locate your phone number.

3. Click Change PIN.

4. On the next screen:

   • Enter your Current PIN.

   • Enter and confirm your New PIN.

5. Click Change PIN to apply the update.
