How Can I Add A User To My Business Account?

You can add a user (sub-account) directly from the SpoofCard website. Please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your account: SpoofCard Web App

2. From the main Call screen, click Manage Users at the top.

3. Click Add More.

4. Enter the sub-user’s:

   • Starting credit balance

   • First and last name

   • Phone number

   • 6-digit password

5. Click Add User to create the sub-account.

Please note: Your account must have enough available credits to provide the starting balance. Also, this is only for creating new accounts. For existing users, please reach out and make a request.

Once added, the sub-user can log in and place calls using the credits assigned to them. You can also return to Manage Users at any time to add additional credits or manage their credit balance.
