Where Are The Credits I Purchased?

First, confirm if the purchase of credits was completed through the In-App purchasing page. If it is, please confirm whether the charge is pending or completed. If the purchase is still pending, the purchase notification may not have been sent to us for an automatic credit deposit.

If you do not see your credits, then the purchase notification did not reach us; however, if this is the case, please follow these steps and we'll be able to manually process your credits for you!

  1. Open your App Store or Play Store.

  2. Locate your purchase history for the SpoofCard credits.

  3. Open your receipt to confirm the Order ID is available.

  4. Screenshot the receipt along with the Order ID

    1. For App Store Receipts, it should look like a series of letters and numbers

    2. For Play Store Receipts, it should be in this format: GPA.####-####-####-#####)
