How Can I Request A Refund?
SpoofCard Website Purchases
If you would like to request a refund for purchases made on the SpoofCard Website, please contact [email protected].
In-App Purchases: All in-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on
whether you use SpoofCard on iOS or Android. If you have made an in-app purchase, please follow the steps below.
Google:
To request a refund for your in-app purchase, please follow the steps below:
1. Visit Google Support
2. Click on 'Request a Refund'
3. Follow the on-screen prompts to request a refund
Once you have completed these steps, your refund request has been submitted to Google, which will be reviewed within the
next 48 hours.
Apple:
To request a refund for your in-app purchase made on an iPhone, please follow the steps below:
1. Visit Apple Support
2. Click on reportaproblem.apple.com
3. Sign in using your Apple ID and Password
4. In the drop-down, Select 'Request a Refund'
5. If needed, choose a reason for the refund in "tell us more..."
Once you have completed these steps, your refund request will be submitted to Apple and will be reviewed by them within
the next 48 hours.
