Product Listings Guidelines

Last updated on Jan 14, 2026
  • Item name: use clear item names and descriptions and avoid vague terms like “Item on Screen #01” or “Auction Item #01”

    • 👉 Use simple and specific names - examples below:

      • Men’s T-shirt #001

      • Men’s Nike Shoes #022

      • Women’s Denim Jeans #045

      • Pokemon Repack - Trading Cards #013

      • Funko Pop Figure #012

      • Futera Card #009

    • 📌 Best Practices:

      • Use specific item names (what it is + who it’s for).

      • Avoid generic terms like “clothes” or “toys”.

      • Pair brand names (e.g., Pokémon) with the product type (e.g., trading cards).

  • Images and Descriptions: Use original photos or accurately represent the item with clear, high-quality images. Descriptions should be precise and provide sufficient detail about the item's characteristics, features, and any defects. Stock images alone may not be used for used items.

  • Content Creation and Ownership: All text, images, and videos must be your own. Copying content from other sites or packaging is prohibited to avoid copyright issues and maintain trust with buyers. Trofee reserves the right to adjust, edit, or remove content that does not align with these standards or is found to be in breach of copyright.

  • Item Condition: Clearly specify the item’s condition (e.g., new, used, refurbished, or defective). For used, refurbished, or collectible items, ensure photos are of the actual product being sold. See Item Condition Guidelines.

  • Restricted Keywords and Tags: Only relevant keywords that accurately represent the item are allowed in your listing. Misleading terms that do not relate directly to the item are not permitted.

  • Restricted and Prohibited Items: Items banned by local law or recalled by manufacturers or local government agencies (e.g., the Ministry of Economy) must not be listed. Sellers are solely responsible for checking that listed items comply with local regulations and safety standards.
