How does crypto funding work?

This guide explains how your business can use its dedicated wallet addresses to receive crypto directly from business partners or other external senders. This is separate from the wallet addresses generated for your customers through the API. If you want to process transactions programmatically via the API, refer to the API transaction flow on****docs.breet.io. Step-by-step guide 1. Log in to your dashboard and click Fund Wallet. 2. Select the wallet you want to fund(NGN/GHS or USD) 3. Choose Crypto as your funding method. 4. Select the cryptocurrency you want to receive. 5. Copy the wallet address or scan the QR code and share it with the sender. Supported cryptocurrencies - Bitcoin (BTC) - Litecoin (LTC) - Dogecoin (DOGE) - Ethereum (ETH) - Bitcoin Cash (BCH) - USDT (TRON, Ethereum, Solana, TON, BSC & Polygon) - USDC (Ethereum, Polygon, Base, BSC, Arbitrum & Solana) - TRON (TRX) - Binance Coin (BNB) - Avalanche (AVAX) - Solana (SOL) - XRP - TON How it works - Each cryptocurrency is assigned a permanent wallet address for your business. - You can reuse these wallet addresses whenever you want to receive crypto. - Once crypto is received, Breet automatically converts it to NGN, GHS, or USD based on your selected settlement wallet. - The converted value is credited to your business balance after the required blockchain confirmations. Please note - A 0.5% transaction fee applies to received transactions. - You can enable automatic settlement if you want funds to be paid directly into your bank account after conversion. - Your business can also hold proceeds in USD and later convert them to local currency or withdraw them as USDT or USDC.

Secure your business dashboard with multi-factor authentication (MFA)

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) adds an extra layer of security to your business account by requiring an additional verification step before access is granted or sensitive actions are completed. We recommend enabling MFA to help protect your business funds and account settings from unauthorized access. How to enable MFA 1. Log in to your Breet partner dashboard. 2. Go to Settings. 3. Select Security. 4. Click MFA Authentication and choose your preferred verification method. 5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup. Available MFA methods Authenticator App (Recommended) Generates a time-based verification code using an authenticator app on your mobile device. Before getting started, install an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or Authy. Email OTP Sends a one-time password to your registered email address whenever verification is required. When you'll be asked to verify After MFA is enabled, verification is required when you: - Log in to your dashboard. - Initiate withdrawals. - Enable, disable, or update automatic settlement settings. Your selected MFA method will be used for verification. Recovery codes If you use an authenticator app, you'll receive recovery codes during setup. Store them securely, as they can be used to access your account if you lose access to your authenticator device. If you run out of recovery codes, contact our support team to generate a new set. Mandatory MFA To help protect high-volume business accounts, MFA may become mandatory once your account reaches certain activity thresholds. When this happens, MFA cannot be disabled from the dashboard.
