The bots are connected to your Breet account through encrypted channels. Always make sure you are using the official Breet Telegram bot or WhatsApp number. Can I withdraw money through the bots? Yes. You can only withdraw to bank accounts already saved in your Breet app. MFA verification (Email OTP or Authenticator code) is required for every withdrawal. Why can't I add a bank account through the bots? For security. Messaging apps only provide one authentication factor. All sensitive actions must happen inside the Breet app, where multiple security layers are enforced. Why am I not getting notifications from the bots? Check that you have enabled notifications on Telegram or WhatsApp, that you have not muted the bot or chat, and that your Breet account is properly connected. If the issue continues, contact support via in-app chat or email support@breet.app. Can the bots see my private messages? No. The bots only see the commands you send directly to them. They have no access to your chats, groups, or contacts. What if my Telegram or WhatsApp account gets hacked? Go to Settings > Security Settings > Bot Connections in the Breet app and tap "Revoke Connection". This instantly disconnects the bot from your account. For suggestions or questions, contact support via in-app chat, email support@breet.app, or by calling +2342013306184.

Transaction statuses explained

Here is what each transaction status means on Breet. Pending All crypto transactions start with a Pending status. This means the transaction is waiting to be confirmed on the blockchain. An expired invoice may also appear as Pending if its validity period has elapsed and it only needs to be reactivated. Processing A transaction is marked as Processing when it is currently in progress or being confirmed. - Withdrawals: The payment has been sent from Breet but is delayed due to a bank network issue or NIBSS downtime. Breet keeps retrying the payment until it is successful. - Crypto Invoices: The invoice is currently being paid. If an invoice is partially paid, it will remain in Processing until the full amount is received. Successful The transaction has been completed successfully. This applies to all features on the app. Failed A transaction is marked as Failed if it could not be completed due to an error or timeout. - Bill Payments: If a bill payment does not go through, the amount is reversed to your wallet. - Crypto Swap: A swap will fail if no deposit is made within the 15-minute countdown. - Crypto Invoices: An invoice will fail if the payer taps "Pay Now" but does not complete the payment within 30 minutes. Unsuccessful A transaction is marked as Unsuccessful if it was not initiated or did not complete properly. - Crypto-to-Cash: A transaction will be marked as Unsuccessful if it fails verification or is below the minimum required amount. - Crypto Invoices: An invoice will be marked as Unsuccessful if Breet deletes it due to inactivity, or if it has expired.
