Located in the upper right corner of your Pictor account, you'll discover details pertaining to your account, settings, billing, and additional options.

  • Event Presets

In the Event Presets section, you have the ability to craft your own preset for Pictor. Generating a preset enables you to establish pre-defined filters, settings, and more for your new events. This streamlines the process, ensuring that your preferred configurations are readily available, resulting in a more efficient workflow when setting up new events.

  • Security

This feature enables you to establish a company-wide passcode, effectively securing all your galleries and restricting external access.

  • Integrations

Within the Integrations part of your account, you will find:

Pictor API Key

The Pictor API Key serves as a link between Pictor and external services, software, and other integrations. It is crucial to maintain the confidentiality of this key, as it grants access to your Pictor account. To generate a new API key, just click the "New API Key" button. Dropbox

Enable Pictor to connect with Dropbox which will store your final, rendered images. You can find your images in Dropbox by navigating to /Apps/Pictor/

  • Billing

Pictor uses a two-part model: subscriptions (licenses) unlock platform features, and tokens cover AI processing (GPU usage).

Licenses

A subscription license gives you access to Pictor's platform features on a monthly or annual basis. Annual billing saves approximately 17% compared to monthly. Your license determines which tier you're on (Basic, Pro, or Premium).

Tokens

Tokens cover the cost of AI photo and video processing. You purchase token packs as needed — ideal for operators who run events with varying AI usage. Tokens never expire, so unused tokens roll over. You can buy tokens from the Billing section at any time.
