This article explains how to access and configure your notification settings in DataLexing. Notification preferences allow you to choose which events will trigger across all your workspaces.

You must be logged in to your **DataLexing **account.

Steps

  1. Click your profile picture (or arrow next to it) in the bottom section of the sidebar.

  2. Choose Profile from the list.

    Settings menu opening

  3. Select Notifications Settings from the menu.

  4. Click the arrow down if the notification types list is hidden.

    Notification settings tab

  5. Enable/disable the toggle to turn on/off all notifications at once.

    Toggle switching

  6. Check or uncheck the boxes next to each notification type to control which ones you receive.

    Notification settings page

  7. Changes are saved automatically and apply globally across your account.

  8. You can find full descriptions of notification types in [Notifications – Types & Meanings Reference].

Notes

  • Notification settings are global — they apply to all workspaces linked to your account.

  • If a notification type is disabled, it will not appear in any channel.

  • Email and mobile notifications depend on workspace configuration and system permissions.

  • Some notifications (e.g. workspace backups) are received only by Admin users.
