Categories
Categories describe the type of record.

McNeil Disclosure - Disclosure record to Crown.

Supplemental - Redisclosure of an existing record with changes.

Resubmission - Redisclosure of an existing record without changes.
Statuses
Status describe the stage in the process a record is in.

New - A new record, no action taken

Disclosed No Record - A "simple disclosure", no Members on this file have disciplinary misconducts. The record is disclosed to Crown.

Record Found - Member(s) on this file have disciplinary misconducts. The record required Professional Standards (PS) review. An notification email is sent to PS staff.

Under PS Review - Used if the Professional Standards review is in-progress.

Disclosed to Provincial Crown - Secondary Disclosure by PS, completing the process.

Disclosed to Federal Crown - Secondary Disclosure by PS, completing the process.
