To access the Disciplinary Records click the Discipline Records on the let menu. This option requires elevated permissions.
Discipline Records may consist of more than one Service Record of Discipline (SROD) per Member.
Discipline Records are shown under two tabs for administrative purposes: Active and Expunged.
NOTE: As of June 2026 with the R v McKee decision, all records will trigger an Professional Standards Review, not just Active records.
Bulk Import/Export
Data can be imported or exports from the system to/from a .csv format. This allows existing discipline records to easily be imported without the need for manual data entry.
